The 2012 Sine Qua Non Touche Syrah from the Eleven Confessions Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills earned a 100-point Wine Advocate score. A Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Viognier blend aged in largely new oak, it is deep, layered, and camphorous with cured meats, violets, and smoke. This 750ml loose bottle needs three to four years before drinking.
