Crème de cassis, wild blueberries, Black Forest cake, redcurrant jelly, rose oil, dark chocolate, cedar, star anise. Medium to full-bodied, opulent black fruit, fragrant earth, floral layers, ripe fine tannins, seamless freshness, and fantastic length. Cellar 6–8 years, then 40+.
