Deep purple-black, this 2016 blends 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Merlot, with 15% press wine. It reveals kirsch, lilacs, black raspberries and warm blackcurrants, with cigar box, rose hip tea, cloves, licorice, pencil lead and garrigue. Medium-bodied, brick-house built, firm yet ripe, finely pixelated tannins and seamless freshness support intense black fruit and floral layers into a long, perfumed finish.
